Booking Terms & Conditions
Mahabul International Tours and Travels (Mittfly)
These Booking Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Mittfly governing all reservations, ticketing, travel services, and related arrangements facilitated through our platform. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consent to these Terms in their entirety.
1. Reservation Confirmation
A booking attains confirmed status only when:
Payment is fully received and cleared, and
Mittfly issues a formal written confirmation or e-ticket.
Until confirmation is issued, no representation, guarantee, or promise of service availability is made.
2. Accuracy of Customer Data
Customers must furnish precise and verifiable personal, passport, and travel information.
Mittfly disclaims responsibility for delays, rejections, or penalties arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or falsified information.
3. Payment Obligations
All fees, charges, and deposits must be remitted as stipulated by Mittfly.
Partial payments may secure provisional reservations, but full remittance is mandatory prior to issuance of tickets or confirmations.
Late payments may result in automatic cancellation without notice, and Mittfly shall bear no liability for such cancellations.
4. Amendments & Modifications
Requests for itinerary revisions, passenger name changes, or service modifications are subject to:
Supplier approval
Applicable fare adjustments
Administrative service fees
Mittfly retains the right to accept or reject modification requests at its sole discretion.
5. Cancellation & Termination
Cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Mittfly reserves the right to terminate or revoke any booking if:
Payment is not received on time
There is evidence of fraudulent activity
Any violation of applicable laws or Terms occurs
6. Third-Party Providers
Mittfly functions as an intermediary. Service fulfillment is dependent on third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and visa authorities.
All claims, disputes, or grievances regarding third-party service performance must initially be submitted through Mittfly and subsequently addressed with the respective supplier where necessary.
7. Travel Documentation Compliance
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring possession of valid passports, visas, permits, and other travel documents.
Mittfly shall not be liable for denial of entry, visa refusal, or immigration enforcement actions.
8. Extraordinary Events (Force Majeure)
Mittfly shall not be liable for service disruptions or losses arising from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, airline strikes, border closures, epidemics, or governmental restrictions.
Any compensation or refund for such events shall be subject to supplier policies and recoverable amounts.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mittfly’s total liability in relation to any booking or service is strictly limited to fees collected for the booking.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunity or economic loss, are expressly disclaimed.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts competent in Bangladesh.
