   Mahabul International Tours and Travels (Mittfly)

    This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, amendments, and refunds may be requested for services                          arranged through Mittfly. By confirming a booking or engaging our services, you agree to the terms stated herein.

1. Role of Mittfly

     Mittfly functions as a travel arrangement facilitator, coordinating services supplied by airlines, embassies, hotels, tour                            operators, and other travel vendors.

     As such, refund eligibility is primarily governed by the contractual rules of the relevant supplier rather than Mittfly itself.

2. Airline Tickets

     Air ticket cancellations are processed strictly in accordance with the fare conditions imposed by the issuing airline.

      Where a ticket permits refund:

       Airline penalties, tax adjustments, and administrative costs will be deducted

       Mittfly service fees are non-refundable once ticket issuance is completed

       Refund timelines depend on airline authorization and banking clearance, which may extend several weeks

       Non-refundable fares shall not qualify for reimbursement under any circumstance.

3. Visa & Documentation Services

     Service charges paid for visa consultation, documentation review, or application submission represent professional service                fees and are therefore non-refundable once processing has begun.

      Government or embassy fees, biometric charges, and official payments remain non-refundable irrespective of the application           outcome.

      Visa approval decisions rest solely with the issuing authority, and refusal shall not create refund entitlement.

4. Hotel Reservations & Tour Packages

       Accommodation and package bookings are subject to the cancellation terms of the individual provider.

       Some rates, including promotional or advance purchase offers, may carry full cancellation penalties.

       Where a supplier authorizes a refund:

       Their deduction rules shall apply

       Mittfly may retain a reasonable administrative handling fee

       Processing duration depends on international settlement procedures and supplier confirmation.

5. Booking Amendments

     Requests for name corrections, travel date changes, or itinerary modifications may incur:

     Supplier reissue charges

     Fare differences

      Mittfly administrative service fees

       Amendments are not guaranteed and depend on availability and supplier policies.

6. Failure to Utilize Services

    Failure to travel, attend scheduled appointments, or use confirmed services without prior notice shall be deemed a non-                       utilization event, and refund eligibility will be forfeited unless expressly permitted by the supplier.

7. Extraordinary Circumstances

    In situations beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, government travel restrictions, airline operational                       collapse, or public health emergencies — refund outcomes shall depend entirely on the supplier’s goodwill policies or regulatory        directives.

Mittfly shall not bear financial liability beyond recoverable amounts, if any, from the service provider.

8. Refund Disbursement

     Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment channel or a mutually agreed banking method.

      Mittfly shall not be responsible for delays arising from financial institutions, payment gateways, or foreign settlement systems.

9. Processing Costs

      Mittfly reserves the right to deduct reasonable processing, banking, and administrative costs from any refundable amount.

10. Policy Updates

       Mittfly may revise this policy periodically to reflect regulatory, operational, or supplier-related changes.

       The version published on the website at the time of booking shall apply.
