     Mittfly operates as a travel facilitator and service intermediary. We arrange travel-related services through third-party providers      including airlines, embassies, visa centers, hotels, and tour operators.

      We do not control the policies, decisions, or operational performance of such providers.

2. User Representations & Obligations

     By using this website, you represent that:

     All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete

     You are legally capable of entering binding agreements

     You will not use this platform for unlawful, speculative, or fraudulent bookings

      You accept full responsibility for errors arising from incorrect personal or travel information supplied by you.

3. Pricing & Payment Conditions

     Service prices are dynamic and may vary due to currency fluctuations, supplier changes, tax adjustments, or regulatory                        updates.

     A booking shall only be deemed confirmed once:

     Required payment is received, and

     Official confirmation is issued by Mittfly or the relevant supplier.

     Mittfly reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings without liability.

4. Visa & Immigration Disclaimer

     Visa issuance, refusal, or processing timelines are exclusively determined by the relevant embassy or immigration authority.

      Mittfly does not provide guarantees of:

      Visa approval

      Border entry clearance

      Immigration outcomes

      All decisions remain sovereign acts of government authorities.

5. Third-Party Performance

     Mittfly shall not be held responsible for any act, omission, delay, or default of third-party service providers, including but not                limited to:

     Airline schedule changes or cancellations

     Hotel overbooking or service failures

     Embassy processing delays

      Tour operator disruptions

       Your contractual relationship for such services remains with the respective provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

     To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mittfly’s liability shall be limited strictly to the amount of service fees paid directly to            Mittfly.

     We shall not be liable for:

     Indirect or consequential losses

     Missed connections or travel disruptions

     Financial losses due to visa refusal

     Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

7. Force Majeure

     Mittfly shall not be deemed in breach of its obligations where service delivery is affected by events outside reasonable control,        including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, governmental restrictions, airline strikes, or border              closures.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

      All website materials including branding, logos, design elements, content, and software are the exclusive intellectual property           of Mittfly and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

       Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Website Availability

      We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of this website.

       Mittfly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw website functionality at any time without notice.

10. Termination of Access

       Mittfly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict or terminate user access to the website or services where misuse,              fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

       Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
